All workouts are outside no matter the weather. No cancellations unless something extreme happens, like a zombie attack. Workouts are basic training-Bootcamp, some Crossfit, Kettlebells and Sandbags thrown in for good measure. All events are subject to change. Always check our Facebook page for up to date workout time and location.

Just find a workout on the schedule above and show up. Simple as that.
We primarily communicate through our Facebook Group. The group is private, so you you will need to request access. Once admitted to the group, you can check the page daily to find information about previous and upcoming workouts, events, and other group news.
Yes. All workouts are peer led and free of charge.
The workouts are early to allow the majority of men to participate, without taking time away from other obligations.
No. Men of all fitness levels are welcome. While some level of fitness is helpful, our workouts are intended to be both challenging and scalable.
At your first workout, you realize that F3 Crossroads is not your typical fitness group. It's a place to grow in leadership, to be better men for our families, our communities, our country and our world.
