What is F3?

F3 is a national network including 2,956 free, peer-led workouts for men in 219 regions. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

Workout Schedule

All workouts are outside no matter the weather. No cancellations unless something extreme happens, like a zombie attack. Workouts are basic training-Bootcamp, some Crossfit, Kettlebells and Sandbags thrown in for good measure. All events are subject to change. Always check our Facebook page for up to date workout time and location.
